However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances or changes of plans may arise, so we have detailed our return and refund policy below.<\/p>\n<h4>1. Scope of the policy<\/h4>\n<p>This policy applies to all services contracted through the website <strong>www.deliaortega.com<\/strong>, including online courses, personalized classes, webinars, workshops and digital materials.<\/p>\n<h4>2. Digital services and online training<\/h4>\n<p>Since most of the products offered are <strong>digital and training services<\/strong> immediately accessible, once the course has started or the material has been delivered, <strong>No returns or refunds will be accepted.<\/strong>, in accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007).<\/p>\n<h4>3. Cancellation before the start of the course<\/h4>\n<p>If the student wishes to cancel their registration before the course or service has started, they may request a refund of the <strong>80% of the amount paid<\/strong>, provided the application is made with at least <strong>48 hours in advance<\/strong> at the start of the activity.<\/p>\n<h4>4. Cancellation or modification by The Big Apple<\/h4>\n<p>In the event of cancellation of the course, class or workshop by <strong>Delia Ortega \u2013 The Big Apple<\/strong> (due to force majeure or insufficient number of participants), the student will be entitled to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive a full refund of the amount paid, or<\/li>\n<li>Reschedule your course or class on a new agreed date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>5. Changes and reprogramming<\/h4>\n<p>In individual services (such as private lessons or tutoring), the student may request a change of date with at least <strong>24 hours in advance<\/strong>. Otherwise, the session will be considered delivered and will not be refundable.<\/p>\n<h4>6. Physical products (if applicable)<\/h4>\n<p>If physical products are offered (such as books or supplementary materials), the customer will have a period of <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> from the date of receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided that the product has not been opened or used.<\/p>\n<h4>7. Procedure for requesting a refund<\/h4>\n<p>To request a return or refund, the student must write to <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"mailto:info@deliaortega.com\">info@deliaortega.com<\/a><\/span> indicating:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full name and email address used for the purchase.<\/li>\n<li>Course or service contracted.<\/li>\n<li>Reason for the request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Applications will be reviewed within a maximum period of <strong>5 business days<\/strong> and the decision will be notified to the interested party by email.<\/p>\n<h4>8.
