These terms and conditions govern access to, browsing of, and the use of the services and content offered through Ingl\u00e9s Profesional.<\/p>

The website is designed to provide English language training and instruction, particularly in professional settings, as well as to market online services and digital products or content.<\/p>

By purchasing any of these services, you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>

The customer declares that, prior to entering into a contract, he or she has read and understood these terms and conditions and accepts their content.<\/p>

Acceptance will be made through the mechanisms provided in the contracting process, including, where applicable, checking the box to accept the terms and conditions.<\/p>

If the customer does not accept these terms, they will not be able to complete the contract.<\/p>

4. Services Offered<\/h4>

The services offered through the website may be provided online and\/or through digital tools.<\/p>

The features, duration, type, price, and other specific terms and conditions of each service will be as indicated in the corresponding service description, booking page, or reservation process.<\/p>

The prices for digital services and products will be those listed on the website at the time of purchase.<\/p>

Where applicable, prices will include all legally applicable taxes. The customer will be informed in advance of any additional costs that may apply before the contract is finalized.<\/p>

Payment will be made using the payment methods available on the website.<\/p>

The contract will be subject to proper authorization of payment.<\/p>

7. Shipping Costs and Destinations<\/h4>

The services offered by Ingl\u00e9s Profesional are online or digital, so there are no shipping costs.<\/p>

Digital services and products can be purchased from:<\/p>

Spain.<\/p>

Countries of the European Union.<\/p>

Other countries around the world.<\/p>

The service is provided exclusively online or through digital means; therefore, no physical products will be shipped.<\/p>

8. Online Service Delivery<\/h4>

Online services do not require any physical shipping.<\/p>

Once payment is confirmed, the customer will receive the necessary instructions via email and, when applicable, access to the virtual classroom or the materials purchased.<\/p>

Access to the virtual classroom and the corresponding instructions will be provided within a maximum of 1 business day (24 business hours) after payment is confirmed.<\/p>

For online sessions, the necessary access information or instructions will be available before the scheduled date and time.<\/p>

The session will take place on the date and at the time selected by the customer during the booking process.<\/p>

9. Delivery of Digital Products<\/h4>

Digital products or content will be delivered via access to the virtual classroom, electronic download, or through the system indicated on the corresponding page.<\/p>

Delivery will be immediate when technically possible and, in any case, will be made within a maximum of 1 business day (24 business hours) from the time payment is confirmed.<\/p>

Digital products are not shipped physically.<\/p>

10. Issues with Access to Digital Content<\/h4>

If the customer does not receive the access information or relevant instructions within the specified time frame, they should contact delia@ingles-profesional.es to report the issue.<\/p>

In the event of technical problems attributable to the delivery system, reasonable measures will be taken to facilitate the contracted access.<\/p>

The customer must have an Internet connection and the necessary devices and software to access the content or online sessions, unless otherwise expressly stated.<\/p>

11. Registration and Attendance at Sessions<\/h4>

The sessions will be provided on the date and time selected by the customer during the booking process.<\/p>

The customer is responsible for verifying that the selected date and time are correct and for having the necessary resources to attend the online session.<\/p>

Booking a session involves assigning a specific time slot to the client.<\/p>

12. Cancellation and Rescheduling of Sessions<\/h4>

The client may request the cancellation or rescheduling of a session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.<\/p>

If the cancellation is made within the minimum 24-hour notice period, the customer may reschedule the session for another available date and time, subject to availability.<\/p>

If the client cancels the session with less than 24 hours' notice, or fails to show up for the scheduled session, the session may be considered used, and the client will forfeit that session without the right to reschedule.<\/p>

This provision shall apply without prejudice to the rights legally granted to consumers and users, including, where applicable, the right of withdrawal.<\/p>

13. Right of Withdrawal<\/h4>

When the customer has the legal status of a consumer or user and the contract is entered into remotely, the right of withdrawal provided for in current regulations shall apply, unless any of its exceptions are legally applicable.<\/p>

In general, consumers have 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal in cases where it applies.<\/p>

13.1. Online Services<\/h4>

The right of withdrawal may be excluded when the service has been fully performed and its performance has begun with the consumer\u2019s prior express consent, provided that the consumer has been informed that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.<\/p>

Therefore, when a customer expressly requests that a session or service begin before the statutory withdrawal period has expired, the legally required declarations and consents may be requested before the service begins.<\/p>

13.2. Digital Products and Content<\/h4>

In the case of digital content that is not provided on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may be excluded once performance has begun, provided that the consumer:<\/p>

You have given your prior and express consent to begin performance during the withdrawal period.<\/p>

I acknowledge that, as a result of the commencement of performance, I lose my right of withdrawal.<\/p>

I have received the corresponding confirmation in accordance with applicable regulations.<\/p>

Therefore, there will be no absolute exclusion of the right of withdrawal; rather, the corresponding legal exception will apply when all its requirements have been met.<\/p>

14. Returns and Refunds<\/h4>

Due to the online and digital nature of the services offered, there are no physical returns or associated shipping costs.<\/p>

When there is no legal right of withdrawal, return, or refund\u2014either because the provision of the service has been lawfully initiated or completed, or because the delivery of digital content has begun in compliance with legal requirements\u2014no refund will be issued.<\/p>

In cases where a refund is legally required, it will be issued in accordance with applicable regulations and, in principle, using the same payment method used by the customer, unless there is another valid agreement or it is technically necessary to use a different method.<\/p>

15. Return Request, Cancellation, or Issue<\/h4>

To submit a request regarding a return, withdrawal, cancellation, or issue, the customer must write to:<\/p>

The request must include, whenever possible, the customer's name, the service subscribed to, the date of subscription, and any information necessary to identify the transaction.<\/p>

The exercise of consumers' legally recognized rights shall not be subject to the acceptance of additional requirements that are not permitted under applicable law.<\/p>

16. Services Not Received Due to Reasons Attributable to the Customer<\/h4>

If a session has been successfully made available to the client on the reserved date and time and the client fails to attend, or if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, the cancellation policy set forth in these terms and conditions will apply, without prejudice to any legally recognized inalienable rights.<\/p>

If the customer is unable to access the session due to technical issues on their end, they should report the problem as soon as possible so that the issue can be assessed.<\/p>

17. Intellectual Property<\/h4>

All content available on Ingl\u00e9s Profesional, including, but not limited to, texts, teaching materials, exercises, documents, videos, audio files, images, designs, methodology, resources, and digital content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.<\/p>

The purchase of a digital service or product does not entail the transfer of intellectual property rights in such content to the customer.<\/p>

Unless expressly authorized or permitted by law, the reproduction, distribution, public communication, adaptation, commercialization, or making available to third parties of the materials provided is prohibited.<\/p>

The purchased content is intended exclusively for the customer's personal use, unless the specific terms of service expressly state otherwise.<\/p>

18. Proper Use of the Platform and Content<\/h4>

The customer agrees to use the virtual classroom, links, materials, and resources provided in an appropriate manner.<\/p>

You may not share your login credentials with third parties or grant access to individually subscribed content to anyone other than the account holder.<\/p>

If fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized use is detected, Ingl\u00e9s Profesional may take appropriate legal action.<\/p>

19. Availability of Services<\/h4>

Professional English will make reasonable efforts to keep its digital services and resources available.<\/p>

However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance work, technical issues, failures on the part of third-party providers, hosting services, Internet connections, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the owner.<\/p>

Whenever possible, we will strive to restore service as quickly as reasonably possible.<\/p>

20. Liability<\/h4>

The purpose of the training services is to provide instruction and support in learning and using English.<\/p>

Enrolling in a training program does not guarantee a specific academic or professional outcome, as this may depend on a variety of factors, including the client\u2019s participation, dedication, and individual circumstances.<\/p>

The owner shall be liable, in accordance with applicable regulations, for any damages that may be legally applicable.<\/p>

No provision of these terms and conditions shall limit the rights to which consumers and users are legally entitled.<\/p>

21. Protection of Personal Data<\/h4>

The personal data provided by the customer will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.<\/p>

Detailed information regarding the data controller, purposes, legal basis, retention period, rights, and other aspects related to data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the website.<\/p>

22. Electronic Communications<\/h4>

The customer agrees that communications related to the contract may be sent electronically, primarily via the email address provided during the contract process.<\/p>

These communications may include purchase confirmations, access instructions, information regarding the sessions purchased, and communications necessary for the proper provision of the service.<\/p>

23. Complaints<\/h4>

Customers may contact Ingl\u00e9s Profesional to ask any questions, report any issues, or file any complaints regarding the services they have contracted.<\/p>

Every effort will be made to address and resolve complaints as quickly as reasonably possible.<\/p>

24. Applicable Law<\/h4>

The contracting of services through this website shall be governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions that may apply to the consumer based on their place of residence or the nature of the contract.<\/p>

In particular, Spanish regulations governing consumers and users, e-commerce, distance contracts, intellectual property, and data protection shall apply, as appropriate.<\/p>

Among other regulations, Law 34\/2002 of July 11 on information society services and electronic commerce will be taken into account, as well as Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007 of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.<\/p>
